Seismic Design

For almost a decade, De Los Reyes Engineering has been providing designs of high rise buildings in seismic regions in South America. The large scale development by renowned South American developers Nuevos Horizontes, is quickly becoming a city within a city. The 2-towers comprising the Panorama project are among the most luxurious residential buildings in the country.

Construction of Panorama Tower 2 is nearing completion and will soon be followed by The Nuevos Horizontes Building Center, which is currently in the design phase. When completed, Panorama Tower 2 and the NHBC will be the tallest buildings in the entire country of Honduras, while Panorama Tower 1 will remain in the top 5.

Recognizing that BIM is the future (and present) of the design and construction industries, DLR Engineering has made the development of its BIM team of greatest importance. We are currently modeling some extremely exciting projects in Revit, working very closely with some South Florida's leading architecture and construction firms. We understand full well that coordination is the key to a successful project. We are pushing forward to become leaders in this field and we are already making great strides to accomplish this goal.
