Cad Operator/Drafter
- Minimum 5 years experience in the structural drafting or large scale projects.
- Strong organizational skills
- Eager to work in a team and highly skilled in coordination with other trades involved in a project.
- Outgoing personalities are highly encouraged.
- Highly skilled in the following software:
- AutoCAD
- Revit (not required but desirable)
- Excel (not required but desirable)
Structual Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and detailing of large scale projects
- Strong organization and management skills
- Eager to work in a team and highly skilled in coordination with other trades involved in a project
- Outgoing personalities are highly encouraged.
- Skills in the use of the following software are highly encouraged:
- AutoCAD
- ETABS
- SAFE
- PCAcol, PCAslab, (etc)
- Enercalc
- Microsoft Word and Excel
Senior Structual Engineer
- Minimum 15 years of experience in structural design and detailing of large scale projects
- Strong organization and management skills
- Eager to work in a team and highly skilled in coordination with other trades involved in a project
- Outgoing personalities are highly encouraged.
- Skills in the use of the following software are highly encouraged:
- AutoCAD
- ETABS
- SAFE
- PCAcol, PCAslab, (etc)
- Enercalc
- Microsoft Word and Excel
Revit Operator
- Minimum 5 years experience in BIM modeling of large scale projects in Revit.
- Strong organizational skills
- Eager to work in a team and highly skilled in coordination with other trades involved in a project.
- Outgoing personalities are highly encouraged.
- Highly skilled in the following software:
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Excel (not required but desirable)
Building Structural Inspector
- Minimum 10 years experience inspecting construction of large scale structures.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Eager to work in a team and highly skilled in on-site coordination with other trades involved in a project and on-the-spot conflict resolution.
- Outgoing personalities are highly encouraged.
